1. Exact Bag Size & Loading Weight

You need to tell the manufacturer: flat width, flat length, bottom folding size.
Please note: flat size ≠ filled size. After filling materials, the bag will expand. If you only provide the target weight without accurate dimensions, the finished sacks may not fit your automatic packing equipment.
2. Fabric GSM & Raw Material Standard
GSM means the weight per square meter of PP woven fabric, which directly decides the tensile strength of bags.
Common options range from 70gsm to 120gsm. Heavy cargo like mineral powder requires higher GSM fabric to prevent tearing.
Meanwhile, clarify raw material requirements: virgin PP material or recycled PP. If your goods are food-grade, virgin raw material is necessary. You can also ask for UV-treated fabric if products will be stored outdoors for a long time.
3. Lamination Option: Ordinary PP or BOPP Lamination
